- Housing:

If you have samples, you can test them with an internal resistance tester. The internal resistance of a good lithium battery 18650 is less than 30 milliohm. And an unqualified lithium battery has no or very low resistance.

Solar panel has 12-20 year lifespan. Monocrystalline-silicon solar panel is better than polycrystalline-silicon solar panel. Correspondingly, monocrystalline-silicon solar panel is more expensive. We should concern more about the size and watts of solar panels. Do the comparison and it would be better to choose the bigger ones.

The above three suppliers replied to Wilson’s email in 24 hours. Their replying speed has no problem. But Wilson is satisfied with supplier C. He asked these questions because he is worried about the quality. C’s answer made him clear up his doubts. Supplier A’s reply is complete. However, the price is a little higher than C. Although supplier B’s price is the lowest, Wilson doesn’t accept his offer because he is not quite sure about its after-sale service.
Finally, supplier C is chosen and it is proved that his reaction and service are very satisfactory. Wilson is pleased in cooperating with C.
- Credit of Supplier
Almost all buyers have ever encountered after-sale issues. In order not to cause a huge loss, buyers should place trial orders for the 2 or 3 batches. If a quality problem appeared, see if the supplier can take responsibility and settle the problem promptly. The credit is accumulated little by little through their dealing ways for all kinds of problems.
Winai from Thailand received 2000pcs of LED tube lights from a Chinese factory. He found the watts is not right. It should be 20W, but what he received is 18.5~18.9W. It is a big problem because his customer can’t accept power less than 20W. The supplier admitted that the problem lays on the driver. The current of the driver has deviation.
Winai required to replace all the LED tube lights, but there is not enough time to reproduce the products. The supplier proposed two solutions: 1)They return 5% of the amount and Winai accepts these products. 2) They send the right drivers. Let Winai’s project team change the drivers. And Winai should return the drivers that have problems.
Winai asked if they can return 10% of the product amount so that he can negotiate with his customer. The factory agreed finally. They found the watts problem before shipment, but they still deliver the products with a fluke mind. It teaches them a lesson and Winai thinks they can keep on cooperating with them because this factory took responsibility.
I have to remind buyers that when a problem happens, it would be better to keep patient to negotiate with suppliers. We have to settle the problem first. Losing temper assists nothing.

Buyers can ask for videos or photos of their working site from the supplier, and check whether there is producing or testing device, how many workers and how many technicians. Factory is the first choice. But if a trading company is more professional and offers better services, buyers also can consider working with them.
